The chef will not be at DragonCon
The chef has to apologise. She told many of you she would be at DragonCon this year. She will not.
Third time in a row DragonCon has rejected her as a guest. The insult stings, yes it does. Every other DragonMoon Press author is awarded this, but apparently someone prepared to fly 7000 miles is not. Someone who got to #2 in Fantasy on Amazon is not. She stresses that she is NOT asking for a room etc, just to be a guest.
The last two years she’s been guest of other authors and that was fine. She sucked it up and accepted. But this year with three Sir Julius Vogel nominations, as well as Chasing the Bard, Erotica a la Carte and the amazing success of Double Trouble under my belt, she feels seasoned enough to get guest status.
So she is sorry, if you were looking forward to meeting her at DragonCon, talking podcasting or writing, or just hanging out- she sends her apologies. She’s had offers by others to be their guest at the con, and while that is lovely- it’s the principle of the thing. Until she is an official guest of DragonCon she won’t be going. If you feel like taking this up with dragoncon@dragoncon.org then please do.

Let’s talk it out boys…
I am pleased to bring to you the final talk on S-E-X with two of my favourite men in podcasting; the delightful Dan Sawyer of Antithesis and the charming Chris Lester of Metamor City Podcast.
Check out their podcasts, and I hope you enjoy the conversation. Hopefully it is a sweet entree for Erotica a la Carte.

The chef is back…
Our primary chef is back from a whistlestop tour of San Francisco and Las Vegas- but this has meant a delay on this month’s menu. It will dropping on the 30th of January, but February will still be coming on the 16th. Our chef certainly does like to put pressure on herself.
Look for a new menu coming soon. February will be Ninja/prom queen/ And underground facility/ Jamie’s got a gun. Good luck chef!
